The CALMO Digital PH/ORP Controller automatically adjusts the ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) and pH levels of water in pools and spas. All functions of the device are labeled on the front panel, making it very easy and safe to operate. The default pH control level is set to 7.0. If the pH drops below 6.9, the water becomes acidic, causing corrosion and eye irritation. If the pH exceeds 7.5, the water becomes alkaline, causing turbidity, sedimentation, staining, and reducing the effectiveness of disinfectants. The default ORP level is also set to 650mV, which is suitable for preventing the growth of microbes and bacteria.
