Three-phase cast iron shell electric motor

The design and production of three-phase electric motors with cast iron frames began in 2003 at Motogen Company. With its 50 years of technical knowledge, this company is the first and largest manufacturer of industrial induction electric motors with cast iron frames in Iran.The company’s products range from 0.75 to 630 kW and at speeds of 3000, 1500, 1000 and 750 rpm.These electric motors are designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and in accordance with international standards IEC60034 and the requirements of the National Standards Organization of Iran. All functional and thermal tests of the manufactured electric motors are performed in the Motogen Company laboratory.

In recent years, based on the needs of the country’s industries and in line with national water and wastewater projects, Motogen Company has, for the first time in Iran, designed and produced three-phase cast iron frame electric motors with a speed of 750 rpm and a power of up to 160 kW, and has registered its name as the only manufacturer of high-power electric motors with a speed of 750 rpm.

Motogen Company’s Frame 400 electric motors are produced in powers of 355-630 kW. These electric motors, which have the highest power in low-voltage induction electric motors, have been designed and produced based on the technical knowledge of Motogen Company’s experienced experts.These electric motors have an internal cooling system that uses an internal fan to circulate the air inside the electric motor, which reduces the temperature of the rotor and windings, and as a result, increases the efficiency of the electric motor.
